5 Year Anniversary

John and I celebrated our 5 year Anniversary on Saturday. We first went to IKEA and had lunch. Weston loved eating the meatballs and mashed potatoes! We looked around for a while then came home. Later that night we all went to Lupe Tortilla. We love that place! It's an amazing tex mex place. Weston loved eating the beans, chips, guacamole and tortillas. He was pretty good at dinner. We looked for a rom com to rent but couldn't find one. We came home and put the baby to bed and just chilled. It was nice to go out. I'm grateful for all the things we've done, places we've seen and lived, and for the great man John is. Best decision ever to marry that one. Happy 5 years John!

10 Month Photo Shoot

Weston is 10 months old today. Here is what he is up to:

He eats solids 3 times a day and has 4 (6 oz.) bottles per day.

He still loves watching his shows (Sesame Street, Cat in the Hat, and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse).

He still loves jumping in the johnny jump up.

He takes 2 naps. They vary, but are usually about 45 minutes -1.5 hours each.

He goes to bed at 7:30 and sleeps until 6:30 or 7:00.

He can stand on his own for about 30 seconds. 

He can take a few steps but then falls.

He loves to play with toys and books.

He gets really excited when Daddy comes home.

He hates his diaper being changed and getting dressed.

He loves to take baths and splash around. He is getting better about sitting down during his baths, but still tries to stand up in the bathtub. Little stinker!

He loves to come up to us when we are eating something and demands some.

He loves Carlyle but she still hates him and hisses when she sees him.

He loves to jump when we pick him up.

He can still only say mama, but I LOVE it!

Baby Playgroup

I have been going to a baby playgroup for the last month. Every week its at someone else's house. It's been nice to get out of the house, actually get ready, and meet new moms and babies. Weston doesn't always know what to think or do and he's very naughty getting into all the stuff he's not suppose to at their houses, but I still love him. It was so funny, they were all fighting over this little piano today. There were only a couple of other babies there today. I snapped some shots from play group and then after we got home.

Dishwasher Helper

Every time I load the dishwasher, Wes loves to come over and "help" me. It's so funny. He is entertained for a good while. I say whatever works to keep this busy body happy!
