Celebrity Sightings Round XIV

Okay so you're probably thinking again? Well yes, it happened AGAIN! Yesterday John's parents came here to come to John's Mock trial court at Pepperdine. It was so awesome seeing John and his partner Jeff in action! They did so well! I was very proud of them. Then his parents took us all to the BeachComber cafe in Malibu. As soon as we get there John says "There is David Hasselhoff!" I look over and sure enough he is at one of the tables with some red head. He was well known for being in Baywatch. It's funny cause we have this inside joke in the Crisp family about his meltdown video. Geoff (John's dad) always says "This is a mess." HAHA...We get to our seat and are like 4 tables away from him! He was totally plastered and he's totally a "has been" but anyhow, he used to be pretty famous... We tried to sloothly get some photos of him. I took one with my iphone which is the one at the bottom, but it's kind of far away! He is behind the poll...If you look closely you can see him! Man it's fun living here! Celebrity Sightings Round XIII

When I got to work this afternoon around 12...I look over at this party of like 10 and think hmm..they look really familiar! Sure enough it was the band PARAMORE!!! I dunno if you guys know who they are but Johnny and I love them! I was really excited to see them up close. We went and saw them in concert about two years ago in SLC. They are a fun band! They have 2 new songs on the Twilight soundtrack. The lead singer Hayley is the only girl in the group! I decided not to bother them...but they did leave their server a $22 dollar tip on a $118.00 bill! Not too shabby...Wow! Another fun celeb sighting at CPK! I guess seeing all these celebs kind of makes up for hating going to work otherwise? : )

New bangs + a Contest post for Marie!

I have been wanting to cut my bangs blunt for a long time! I have had the same swoop bangs for like 5 years! I like them but was really wanting a change! My friend Sarah cut them and colored my hair for me last night! I am still getting used to them but I was so in the mood for a change! What do you think? Do you like them better swooped or blunt?

Celebrity Sightings Round XII

Today at work Heather Locklear came in and ate with her friend! She looked amazing and I dropped off her food at the table. As I set down her Margherita pizza she was like "Oh My gosh! This is huge!" I was like "No worries you can do it!" "It just looks really big because it is on a thin crust! " Then I couldn't help myself. I said "I'm a big fan! You are so gorgeous!" She was like, "Thanks you are so sweet!" HAHAHA. I'm such a dork. She was very polite and very pretty in person. She left her server a $10.00 tip on like $37.00 check. Not too shabby! Then today I was told that Brandy (The singer) came in two nights ago and she forgot her wallet!!! Her whole meal had to be comped! What a loser! Too funny! Good times at CPK!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOHNNY!!!

TODAY IS MY JOHNNY'S 25TH B DAY! I JUST WANTED TO WISH HIM A VERY SPECIAL DAY! I FEEL SO BAD FOR HIM BECAUSE ON HIS B-DAY HE IS AT THE LAW SCHOOL STRESSED OVER A PAPER HE HAS TO WRITE THAT IS WORTH 60% OF HIS GRADE! POOR GUY! I AM SO PROUD OF HIM! TONIGHT LUCKILY WE ARE MEETING HIS FAMILY AT BJ'S FOR A GREAT DINNER! I LOVE HIM AND HOPE HE HAS A GREAT DAY! HERE ARE SOME OF MY FAVORITE PHOTOS OF MY CUTIE PIE!

I LOVE TARGET!

Yesterday my friend Sarah and I went to Target. I had some gift cards that were from Christmas & I was very antsy to use them! John said I could use my half of them and we shopped away! I love Target! It is so chic and much better priced than say Pottery Barn or Crate & Barrel! (although I love both of those stores!) I guess I have been on a decorating kick lately. This is probably because I watch HGTV all the time and totally get inspired. Anyway, I found some really fun stuff and here are some pics of the things I got. I also just added some decorative floral paper to our "remote holder" and our headboard in our bedroom. The headboard is not done yet but you get the idea...I need to actually apply the paper on it and I can't decide whether or not to do all of the panels or just the center one! What do you think? I thought this was a fun and temporary cheap change! I hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday! : ) Oh and the last one is of Carlyle just waking up from sleeping in her "box."

WHAT A DEAL!

I always ♥ me a good deal! I have been clipping coupons lately and I try and apply them when I go shopping. Sometimes I forget to bring them or they don't work on what I'm getting etc.. but today I decided to go to Target and apply some of these coupons. I saved $14.08 today with my coupons! I got a bunch of Goldfish Crackers for only $.79 each with the $1.00 off coupons that I printed online. I got a bag of Chex Mix, 2 packages of Granola Bars and 3 different Cereals and some lightbulbs. I also got some white rice and some Rice a Roni type stuff. And my guilty pleasure was 3 bags of CADBURY MINI EGGS!!! These eggs are of the devil! They are so delicious! I had a $1.50 coupon off 3 bags of them so I got 3! ; ) I spent $29.34 Total! Not too shabby! It's kind of a pain clipping and finding coupons but it's totally worth it when you end up spending less! GO ME! Thanks to my friend Lisa who inspired me to use coupons!

4. 8 things that happened yesterday: Went to work, watched TV, Fed Kitty, Did Laundry, Went to Cheesecake Factory with John's Cousins and Scott his little brother! Went to the Jimmy Eat World Concert! (thanks Josh and Rachel!!!),WENT to 7-Eleven for slurpees, Cleaned up Kitty's water bowl that she knocked over all over in the bathroom!

5. 8 things I look forward to: Babies, Going to LONDON in August for 4 months! not working during London! Not working at CPK anymore! A HOUSE!!! Seeing my family in Utah. Going to baby showers of good friends in UTAH! (Hopefully), Loosing weight!

6. 8 things on my wish list: Baby someday in the near future, to own a house,to be healthy, to loose weight! to be happy! for John to enjoy and do well at law school. Be out of major debt. For my family to all move to CALI! HAHA j/k

7. 8 things I love about Winter: There is NO SNOW HERE! I don't have to scrape my stupid car off in the mornings. I don't have to drive 10 miles below the speed limit when it's snowing. I don't get freezing just going outside! Holidays! It's getting closer to my B day! Hanging out with family! It's getting closer to when we go to LONDON!
