Father's Day!

I think John had a great Father's Day this year! In the morning he read his card and after church we headed to John's parent's house to eat dinner. Thanks for everything you do for us babe! We love you! Xoxo!!!

 

 

Easter 2015.

Easter Sunday fell on General Conference weekend this year. I put the boys in their Easter outfits the Sunday before. We dyed eggs on Saturday afternoon. Weston had fun participating this year! On Sunday, it was nice to stay home in our pajamas and watch all the talks on TV. Weston woke up that morning throwing up, so he was sick all morning. It was so sad to see his little body wrenching and throwing up so many times. Poor buddy! He was still able to have fun and enjoy his new Thomas Trackmaster Set! The boys have been playing with them non stop! Win! We made scones and homemade honey butter as we do every General Conference and enjoyed the day together as a family. Happy Easter!

Life Lately...

Now that I can blog from my iPhone I'll be more likely to blog more often. It's just so easy when it's right from your phone. Now that I don't do monthly photo shoots, I just haven't had the motivation to blog. Especially with Instagram. I feel like I put everything I want to share already on there. There's room for more here and I feel like it's important to document this time in my life. These two little boys keep me so busy, and some days are really tough, but I wouldn't trade it for anything! I'm grateful to be their mom! Here are some recent pics. Weston is 33 months and Camden is almost 15 months. 

 
 

Halloween 2013.

We had a fun Halloween this year! We forgot to carve our pumpkins and Weston had a tantrum

right before trick or treating, but other than that it was fun! He's more interested in running around and pushing the stroller than going door to door and getting candy. He's obsessed with asking me for treats all day though, so I'm not sure why he didn't quite understand trick or treating? Anyway, Weston was a dragon, and Cam was Batman this year. We made delicious homemade Chicken Noodle Soup and watched It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown. Next year I think he'll love Halloween!

Easter 2013

We had a great Easter yesterday. My mom is in town and we all attended church. After church John gave me a blessing in preparation for the baby coming tomorrow. It was really sweet of him. We let Weston find some Easter Eggs, then we had a yummy Easter dinner and relaxed the rest of the day. I'm grateful for our Savior. He is Risen! Happy Easter.















Today I let him play with the empty eggs. He opened up each one really disappointed there was no chocolate in any of them like yesterday. HaHa.

Christmas According to my iPhone

We had a really nice Christmas this year! We were sad not to be by any family, but it was kind of nice to have our own little Holiday together for the first time. It was wonderful thanks to family. Weston is still too young to know what Christmas and Santa is, but I think he still had fun! John made us a yummy Christmas dinner on Christmas Eve and we opened some new jammies. Then we watched Luke II. When Weston went to bed John put together his new big toys from Santa. The next morning Weston slept in until 8! It was awesome. We brought him in and he immediately went to check out his new car! It was a huge hit. We FaceTimed with family in Utah and CA, then we had a yummy breakfast casserole that is my family's tradition. We took our time opening present and enjoyed the day. We are very blessed and grateful for our Savior. Hope you all had a Merry Christmas!
