Joy and Heartbreak!

I was so happy to hear that Kate Middleton and Prince William got engaged! They have been dating for 8 years! I have always thought she was beautiful and classy. I love how she dresses and she seems really sweet. I love how he gave her his late mother's engagement ring. It's very pretty. I'm happy for them! I can't wait to see her wedding dress! In other news, I was so sad to hear about Tony Parker and Eva Longoria getting a divorce! How sad. I loved them together and they seemed so happy. What do you think? Do you like Kate's ring and were you as surprised as I was about Tony and Eva?

Chelsea Clinton

I don't really like Chelsea Clinton, nor do I think she is pretty... but I really thought her Vera Wang wedding dress was very stunning! Her wedding had way too much TV attention, and was way too expensive, (supposedly it cost 5 Million dollars...) but I did love her dress! What do you think? P.S. Yes, Hillary does have a nasty dress on! What was she thinking?

This makes me sad!

Man... when I heard about Jesse James being a cheater a few days ago, it surprised me and it broke my heart! I loved them together. Sandra is one of John and I's favorite actresses and we though Jesse seemed really cool! I feel so bad for her! This is like an awful repeat of Tiger Wood's behavior. All of these affairs are coming out of the woodwork. It saddens me oh so much. I guess their relationship was too good to be true? Marriage is so sacred to me, and I am so grateful for my husband and to have the gospel in our lives. They say it's the "Oscar Curse." A lot of leading ladies have gotten a divorce shortly after they have won an oscar. What do you think?

Funny Story Time...

So I guess on Sunday afternoon BRITNEY SPEARS came in with her two cute kids! She had 2 body guards with her and she was wearing sunglasses. She wanted to sit in the table in the very back by no one else. Her bodyguards asked if they could use the table next to her to just sit in. Britney came up front to the host desk and asked Melvin, the host, with a heavy Southern accent, "Do you have a cheese and Pineapple pizza." He said "Yes it's called the Hawaiian pizza." She said "So I can get it with just cheese and pineapple?" He then said "Yes...Just have them take off the Canadian Bacon!" She said "Oh I thought it was just called the Cheese and Pineapple pizza?" He laughed and then she went back to her table. Oh Britney... The whole time the security guards were guarding the entrance doors. One stood at the back door, the other at the front entrance. They wanted to see and know everyone that came in those doors. Her waitress said she was nice and Britney didn't order anything for herself. She left Julia, her server, a 5 dollar tip on a 10 dollar check. She is the biggest celeb to come into our CPK! I wish I would have seen her. It's funny because just a few days ago her Ex husband Kevin Federline came in. I guess after I left on Monday, TRAVIS BARKER came in to eat as well. He is a regular. How fun!

Zooey & Ben

Okay so I might be a little obsessed with Zooey, but hey, she is awesome. When I found out she was marrying Ben Gibbard of Death Cab For Cutie I was so happy! How cute are they together? Aren't they a great match? I love both of their bands too! They are supposedly getting married at the end of this month...I still have yet to see 500 Days of Summer, but I hear it's a great one! : )

Do I really look like her?

So, lately in the past like 3 months I have had like 6 or 8 people tell me that I look like Zooey Deschanel. I love her and am very flattered every time they say it! John doesn't think I look like her at all. I don't really either, although I wish I did! I love her acting and her music! What do you think? Let's settle this once and for all! : ) HaHa...

Kitten ate What?

So we went to John's family's house this past weekend and watched General Conference with them...well most of it! HAHA...We were all having so much fun it was hard to pay attention...not to mention how funny Scott (his little brother) is! Anyway, we brought Carlyle with us because we left Friday night and would be there for two + days...They have two other cats and a dog so it worked out. In fact, Kuma, (their Shiba Inu) ran after her and barked at one point and she peed herself a little! HAHA...poor kitty! Anyway, When we get home later that night I was cleaning out her litter box as usual and I happen to look down at her business and see something coming out of the end of her poop! (Sorry I know this is disgusting!) It looked like metal or something so I tell John to come and check it out. He's all "No! I don't wanna come look at cat poop!" So I laugh and I tell him to come again. He finally comes. Sure enough there was a needle and thread inside her poop! Green thread to be exact! ; ) She apparently swallowed a needle from John's Mom's craft room! It was stuck onto a memo-board type thing on the wall that had green thread tied to it. Carlyle though it was a toy or something! Shoot I dunno why in the world she would eat a needle! That's about as appealing as eating dog crap! Anyway, I can't believe she ate a needle and thread!!! Crazy little stinker! I was going to take a pic of the poop cause it was so interesting but then again I thought I'd spare you all! She barely eats anything at home besides her cat food & kitty treats, so that's why I was so shocked! She loves to get into mischief! As you can tell from the pic at the top! She loves to lay in our bathroom sink! We are lucky it was not worse and didn't get stuck on the way out!

On a side note, Vivica A. Fox came in to CPK again today and I'm dorky enough that I went up and was like "Hey Vivica! How ya doin'?" Who does that...I said it like we were best friends too.... I asked her if she remembered me from last time she came in and she was like " Yah!" and then pointed to the table we had our last conversation at. "How ya doin' girl!" She is so rad and super nice! I guess our new manager Sarah knows her form the Tarzana CPK. Sarah was like yah we go way back. I was like are you kidding? She's like No, She is a loyal CPK'er...Too funny!
