Photo Shoot!

A couple weeks ago Mike Cunningham took photos of the Crisp Family and some individual shots of us. He took them at the Huntington Beach Civic Center. It is actually under construction right now so it made for some rad shots. It was a little chilly and the wind was blowing, but despite that we all had a great time! (His parents are using one of the groups shots for their New Year's card this year!) I am so grateful we got copies of all the photos! Thanks Mike! He was so talented, fun and artsy! Celebrity Sightings Round VII.

So today I ran some food to this table and I look at the guy and think to myself he is definitely familiar. So I determine that it is the lead singer from Panic! at the disco. His name is Brendon Urie. In the picture he is the one with the gold tie on. I am not a big fan of the band but it was cool to see him. He was very nice. I heard he is or use to be LDS but He was drinking Corona and had lots of tattoos so Yah...Good times spotting celebs... tHat is all...peace OUT. P.s. There is a newer post down below this one!

Universal Studios and a mansion.

My parents and my Grandma and my sister and her husband came to visit us this past week. We ALL had so much fun. We lounged around a lot but we did do some cool touristy stuff. The first day we went to the beach in Malibu. The weather was perfect. Go CALIFORNIA! Then the next day we went to Universal Studios Hollywood. No one in our family has ever been and we were all very excited. It did not dissapoint. We had a lot of fun. Below are some pics from Universal Studios. I was stoked to see the actual set from Desperate Housewives. They use real houses with all the furniture inside and they have to mow real grass outside. It looked just like it does on the TV show; which we watch faithfully every Sunday. There were some other neat things there like the set from How the Grinch Stole Christmas and War of The Worlds (That is the house that is all damaged from the Aliens...). Then the next day we went to the J. Paul Getty museum in LA. The architecture was amazing and the art pieces were stunning. Although I am not usually interested in Museums, this place was rad (even though I was a pill - shawry). Here are some pics from the event. I recommend going there if you haven't yet. It is free and then you just pay $10.00 to park and ride the tram up to the museum.

This painting is worth 53 million dollars! Ridiculous I know!
