Pumpkin Cake

John and I started making a Pumpkin layer Cake around 8 last night after he got home. Then we started to watch Prison Break. After the cakes came out of the oven they had to cool off. We then put them in the fridge to really cool off. While it was in the fridge, we made the Cream Cheese Frosting. Well, we got caught up in watching a bunch of Prison Break episodes so we didn't end up enjoying our creation until around 11 P.M. Ha.Ha. It was worth it though. It turned out really good! John gets most of the credit; I just helped here and there, and took pics & a short cheesy video of John while frosting the cake that mentions unmentionables. ; ) If you would like to try it, I've made some recipe cards for you; just right click on the recipe cards and click: Save Image As... It was easy, festive, and yummy! P.S. none of us had ever made a layer cake with frosting before, so it's not the prettiest looking thing. Bon Appetit!
